Sandy Burton
Sandy is the founder of the Think Big! Program for small business. She had an 8-year career in the financial services industry followed by 5 years with a business coaching company prior to founding Swiss Avenue Partners in 2005. Sandy has significant experience in managing growth in mid-market businesses and is a sought after speaker to various groups that include successful women entrepreneurs and business owners. It was the regular request of her smaller clients with Swiss Avenue Partners that became the inspiration for developing the Think Big! Program.
Linas Jarasius
Linas is a Corporate Financier with experience in the Australian, Asian, European and US markets. He had 15 years in the technology industry and 3 years in business coaching prior to founding Swiss Avenue Partners in 2005. In addition to taking one of his own companies public, Linas has experience at board level with medium and large companies. He is a sought after advisor and speaker in the areas of sales and profitability.
Peter Sieffert
Peter is a Partner of Swiss Avenue Partners in San Diego, CA. He spent 10 years as a business owner and consultant, building several small businesses in both southern and northern California. He has a diverse background that extends from engineering to a bachelor's in psychology and is currently working toward an MBA. He has extensive training and experience in the coaching field.
Patricia Etchegoin
Patricia heads up the team in Austin, TX. She had 10+ years working in Fortune 500 companies such as Ford Credit, Procter & Gamble, Dell and AMD in roles ranging from consumer marketing, business marketing, business development, and marketing operations plus two years managing a family-owned small business. Patricia holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and International Business from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Universidad Catolica Argentina.
Tracy Avvakumovits
Tracy is the Think Big Program Coordinator in the greater Sacramento area. She has 16+ years with a Fortune 100 company in human resources management, project management & training. She has also owned and built two businesses over the last six years. She has a bachelor degree in Psychology from UC Davis and is a graduate of the Think Big! Program.
